In the whirlwind of daily life, spending quality one-on-one time with your child or teen can often slip through the cracks. However, emotional connections are built through shared experiences and undivided attention.

Whether it's playing a game, cooking together, or simply taking a walk, small moments of connection can create lasting bonds. It’s not about what you do, but how present you are.

Make sure to truly listen to their thoughts and allow space for them to express themselves.

Tip: Plan at least one activity each week where you spend uninterrupted time with your child. You might be surprised at how these moments open up opportunities for meaningful conversations and emotional growth.
